An ancient masseria built in 1700 (18th century), situated in a panoramic location just 3 km to the sea of Polignano a Mare and 5 minutes' drive to the town.
On two levels, the panoramic building with sea view, boasts large rooms with star-shaped vaulted ceilings, typical local "chianca" stone floors and original fireplaces.
An external staircase leads to the roof terrace. A few meters from the building there is a private chapel with original frescoes.
Both Bari and Brindisi Airports are 40 - 45 minutes' drive away.
