Dear temporary tenants, Discover our historic accommodation in Paulinzella. The house was built in 1850 by the Schulze family of organ builders. Now we live in it & have prepared an apartment on the ground floor for visitors. The apartment is about 48sqm. The apartment is freshly renovated according to ecological aspects with wooden windows & clay plaster. This provides an excellent indoor climate. The apartment has a bedroom with a 1.80m x 2.00m bed. In the living room there is a couch which can be used for sleeping if needed. The couch can be folded out and is then 1.40m x 2.00m wide. The kitchenette is located in the living room. The washing machine is in the separate laundry room. Our large garden is also open to our guests. What you can find there 1. fresh air laundry drying place 2. apple tree with swing and climbing ladder 3. barbecue area with benches, grill and fire bowl for cozy evenings
