The small but functional apartment with balcony and south facing is suitable for short rentals, commuters, day or week stays and is conveniently located to public bus and S-Bahn station (in 15 min in Frankfurt City). Also Penny, Rewe, snack bars, gas stations etc. are within walking distance. It is furnished, although not yet visible on the pictures, and is equipped with a functional bed (120x200cm), a glass desk (for home office), fitted kitchen (incl. dishes), coffee maker, kettle, cable TV as well as internet. There is also a round dining table, where three people can sit for meals or breakfast. Due to the temporary rent, no high deposits or long notice periods are necessary.
