This recently refurbished 90 m² apartment with 3.5 rooms is perfect for four to six people and is also specifically designed to meet the needs of business travellers. There are several free parking spaces directly on the street. The high-quality and stylishly furnished flat welcomes you with its open dining area, which offers enough space for up to six people. From there, you have a beautiful view into the cosy living room. High-speed Wi-Fi and Smart TV invite you to unwind on the spacious sofa after a busy day. In addition, there are books, card games and a Bose Soundlink for your favourite music. Also in the living room are two well-equipped workstations with comfortable chairs, several power sockets, USB ports and wireless charging. From the living room you have direct access to a spacious, covered balcony, where you can relax and enjoy the end of the day. The two bedrooms, which can be completely darkened thanks to roller shutters, are equipped with comfortable queen-size beds. High-quality brand mattresses ensure a restful night's sleep. In addition, you will find hotel-quality bed linen and towels as well as open wardrobes with enough storage space for your luggage. There is a comfortable sofa bed in the living room for two more people, so that six people can easily sleep here. The completely new and fully equipped kitchen is another highlight of the flat. It has a counter with two bar stools for a cosy stay. It also offers a fridge-freezer, cooker, oven, dishwasher and a Nespresso machine including a selection of coffee and tea.
