The apartment is on the 4th floor (elevator) in a commercial building. The building was completed in 2010 It is largely barrier-free (no stairs), except for the stairs to the balcony. The bed is 180 cm * 200 cm. The apartment is fully furnished and equipped with all possible kitchen utensils. All utilities and costs for DSL, TV and electricity are included in the price. Linen change and regular cleaning service available for an additional charge.
