We present you a fairly rectangular premises, with the back wall made up of side-to-side windows, and on the front wall two windows in addition to the entrance door with a shutter. In the past, you could enter the premises through the portal (and you could probably re-enable that entrance). It is a premises that, a priori, meets the requirements requested by the Portugalete city council for its transformation into housing (it would be possible to build 2 homes, one in the front and one in the back). It has not been active for more than 10 years, has no local sides in use, and has the necessary height and light. Below is a basement, which keeps it isolated from the earth and free of moisture. At the main entrance, the sidewalk forms a bend as a small terrace, which would be the access area to the homes.
