Old country house with plot of land situated in a quiet village in the

mountains half an hour away from ski track and spa resort. The

property is located not far away from the center of the settlement. It

consists of an old two-storey house, barn and plot of land. The main

building has two floors connected via external staircase. Both floors

have three premises. The ground level holds, living room, storage room

and kitchen while the second floor has terrace, living room and two

bedrooms. The property had been empty for almost two decades which had

again. It is situated on a tarmac road which leads to the center of

the village where one can find the local post office, shop and mayor`s

office. They are about 200 meters uphill from here. The barn had also

living area, workshop, storage or just be demolished and substituted

with another structure of different use and purpose. The plot of land

is not very big but provides a driveway and some space for a flower or

vegetable patch. There are people living in most of the houses around.

Some stay here all year round, others use them seasonally. The village

is surrounded by hills and forest and is located about half an hour

away from two towns. One of them is the seat of the local council and

provides administrative services for the area as well as supermarkets

and various shops, banks and ATMs, emergency room, police station,

fire station, train station, schools and kindergartens, gas stations,

library, etc. A few kilometers away from that town one can go up into

the mountains, try the local ski track and enjoy the views and scenery

there. The other town is half an hour away from the house and is in

the opposite direction. It offers the same amenities as the first town

but is also a spa resort and provides many hotels and places where one

can relax and spend time with friends and family. The property is

situated about two hours away from the national capital city Sofia and

Sofia International Airport. Old rural house with good location and

potential at a cheap price.
