SUEH-T4 comprises the following UOPGs: UOPG 01

The UOPG area may be subject to a Detailed Plan based on the terms of reference defined in Articles 50 and 51 of this regulation;
In SUEH-T4, until the approval of the Detailed Plan referred to in the previous paragraph, the urban parameters defined in Articles 50 and 51 of this regulation shall apply to the plots, and the road solutions indicated in Zoning Plan 01-A shall be integrated into proposals to be assessed by the licensing authority.
