IMLIX Vastgoedmarkt
Above Friendship Bay on Bequia’s south-facing coast, lies a magnificent 2.75 acres plot of gently sloping land with views towards Mustique, Balliceaux and Battowia. It is a compelling setting for a buyer who wants to shape a Caribbean home around the land, the sea views and the rhythm of the island.
The parcel lies in a quiet residential part of Friendship, close to the Bequia Beach Hotel and the bay’s beachside restaurants. Public steps below the road lead down towards the sand. Port Elizabeth, with its shops, cafés and harbour, is just over the hill.
The site’s scale creates room to consider a substantial private villa and gardens, or a smaller collection of homes or guest cottages. The seller has suggested several concepts, including a six-bedroom villa, five family homes or six cottages. Any proposal would require independent assessment and the necessary approvals.
For buyers drawn to Bequia’s blend of island community and access to the wider Grenadines, Horne Land offers the chance to create something personal in an established coastal setting.
