THE VENTURE

The Resort Terramar Residences consists of six two-family villas with typologies T2 (1 unit.), T3 (5 unit.) and T3 duplex (6 unit.).
The two-family dwellings overlap one on top of the other, functioning with common access stairs to the center.

On the ground floor, the accesses are through the main elevation, facing south.

The lower floor (Floor -1) is common to all fractions. Car access for parking is made by the side of the development and pedestrian access through two flights of stairs between the houses. Alternatively, and for the comfort of residents, it also has three elevators with direct access to the dwellings. In total, there are 12 closed garages, 11 of them for two cars.
