In this land will be developed a Wellness Resort divided into two main areas. The two buildings to the east will focus more on the health and well-being of the resort. They will have reception and other common facilities, but will also feature a fully equipped specialized rejuvenation clinic.
The two west buildings will have a more relaxing and family-friendly feel. All indices of: Construction, land occupation, implantation, number of floors and inhabitants per hectare are already stipulated and fixed in the allotment permit, maximum values to be respected. Because it is a subdivision there is no need to make a PIP (request for prior information)
For this plot of land will have to be done the entire licensing process with the city council and all competent entities.
This development with vast green areas, low land use rates is an extremely safe area with fantastic areas for walking, benefits from support equipment such as restaurants and sports.
