One To Make Your Own is a sturdy house in one of our favourite streets with parking right outside. A large double fronted house, it has been a project someone started, so a lot of the groundwork and main work has been done, its perfect for someone wanting to come in and finish it off, a large house with high ceilings and large rooms, doors leading off the main entrance way take you out to the good sized patio, with out-houses. All the old features have been retained downstairs, aches, cupboards and the house (once empty of the furniture stored) would be a nice family home with lots of light, outside there is a patio with animal sheds and sheds, which could easily be converted into more living space, or for example a rental bedroom.
