The main house is a listed house, it was one of the first private properties built in the municipality. It dates from the beginning of the 20th century, and was subsequently reformed several times. The house is maintained in nice condition.

- On the first floor there are 4 bedrooms (two of which are spacious suites with private bathrooms) and one bathroom for two other bedrooms.

- Cellars of the house - various premises intended for a wine storage, pantry, laundry, etc. Can be converted at the request of the owner.
Guest House:

- The upper floor consists of 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, each of the suites has its own terrace with views of the city, sea, fields and mountains.

Heating boiler working on diesel fuel. Also there are solar panels. The site is supplied with natural gas, but not connected to the house.
There is no pool in the territory, but there is a possibility to install one.

The distance from the house to the city beach of Sant Feliu de Guixols is 1 kilometre, about 15 minutes walk or 3 minutes drive.
The city has everything you need for a comfortable stay - supermarkets, shops, restaurants, banks, medical centers, sports and entertainment centers.
There is a hiking trail leading along the seashore from the central city beach towards the San Pol beach. Along the way you can enjoy the beautiful scenery of the Costa Brava.
The distance from the house to the nearest Girona-Costa Brava Airport is 30 kilometers (30 minutes by car); Barcelona Airport is 120 kilometers away (1 hour 25 minutes drive).
