This building plot is located in the urb. Monte de los Almendros, above the coastal town of Salobreña. You can build a villa up to 30% of the total plot size. The surface below the natural level of the land does not count towards this total, so it is possible to have a basement level as well that can be used as a garage, gym or for storage. Additionally, you can build terraces and a pool. There is no restriction on the size of either the pool or the terraces.
