This town house is not far from the town centre in Alcaudete in the province of Jaén, Andalucia, Spain. It would make a great bolt hole in this castle town which has bars, shops and all the amenities you could need and less than an hour and a half from Granada airport. Enter the front door, off a quiet street into a hallway with two rooms off it on the left and further on the dining room with access to the kitchen and bathroom. The stairs rise from the hallway onto the first floor where there are two bedrooms with a room between them and on the second floor there is another bedroom with new windows, the property has a new roof on both back pitches. A great project, at a good price in a pleasant part of town.
