The Apartment This is a residential area where the building is primarily inhabited by families. Other Notes Parties are not allowed. Smoking is only permitted on the outdoor terrace, not inside. A fine of €150 will be issued per complaint for noise complaints from neighbors and/or smoking inside the apartment.
