Full description of the house:
On the entrance floor, you will find the kitchen, the living room, two small bedrooms, and a bathroom with toilets and a shower. The kitchen is fully-equipped with a fridge, a dishwasher, a stove and an oven. From the living room, one can access the wood balcony. The balcony and garden are facing Southwest.
On the upper floor, you will find two large bedrooms and a bathroom with toilets and a bathtub.
In the basement, you will find a recreation room, a large laundry room, two
storage rooms, and a food cellar. In the laundry room, you will find a washing machine as well as a freezer. The basement can be reached from the entrance floor as well as from a separate entrance.
In addition, there is a separate garage which has been used as a storage area in the past, and a charging station for electric cars.
