The apartment is located in a cul-de-sac in the rear building of a 3-party house in the Marschweg neighborhood and is less than two kilometers southwest of the city center. The University of Oldenburg is about three kilometers to the northwest and Oldenburg's train station to the northeast is only a few minutes away by car or cab. Due to the central location to the city center, the area offers many shopping facilities, restaurants, bakeries, pharmacies and doctors. The residential area, in one of the oldest quarters in Oldenburg, is characterized by a pleasant owner and tenant image and can be described as pleasantly quiet despite the very central location. The infrastructure can be described as extremely good, bus stops are located directly on the adjacent Marschweg. The street is a cul-de-sac with free parking along the entire street. In the immediate vicinity is the OLantis Huntebad (outdoor and indoor swimming pool), as well as the Marschweg Stadium. A few meters further, the Schlossgarten and Eversten Holz invite you to take walks in picturesque nature in the middle of the city center.
