In a picturesque village near Svetvincenat, we offer an authentic Istrian stone house. It extends over 3 floors. The ground floor has a kitchen and a living room with access to the back of the house where there is a small terrace. On the first floor there is a hallway, a bathroom and one bedroom with a separate entrance from the side of the house. There is also one bedroom located in the attic.
In front of the house there is a larger fenced terrace for enjoying company with a glass of Istrian wine.
Each room is air-conditioned, while a heater is installed in the bathroom.
During the renovation and furnishing, attention was paid to every detail, so all the walls remained original, stone.
