HOUSE NUMBER TWO.
It consists of 7 apartments, of which 6 x two-room and 1x one-room.

All apartments have fully equipped kitchens with a refrigerator, electric oven, dishwasher and kitchenware. The bathrooms have showers and hair dryers.
There is a TV with satellite / cable channels in the living room. Air conditioning is in the living room and each bedroom. All windows are electrically regulated by lowering the blinds.
The apartments are suitable for children, family holidays by the pool, the pool has a transparent cover that covers the night or bad weather so that guests can enjoy a relaxing swim. 

Overall additional expenses borne by the Buyer of real estate in Croatia are around 7% of property cost in total, which includes: property transfer tax (3% of property value), agency/brokerage commission (3%+VAT on commission), advocate fee (cca 1%), notary fee, court registration fee and official certified translation expenses. Agency/brokerage agreement is signed prior to visiting properties.
