Technical property information:
- The house and all structures were built by a licensed professional contractor from Minas Gerais. All structures have double-thick walls and a 60 cm foundation filled with dry sand and waterproofed with tar to prevent any moisture build-up! There was no settlement of the structure and there are no cracks in the walls!
- In the construction of the main house, 1,008 bags of cement and tons of steel were used for the 44 columns, slabs and floors.
- The main house measures 413 m² and has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It includes a closet in the master bedroom, as well as an independent toilet and washing area, located behind the barbecue area and the living room. It has a dining room, a maid/laundry room and a long corridor with an internal living area next to the orchid and fern garden.
- The spa is 16 m² and has a private bathroom, large walk-in shower, marble sink, massage table, privacy curtains and air conditioning.
