In polygon with lots of activity rent pavilion with two floors both 380m2. It has a small lift truck and access to the second floor through a wide and comfortable terrazzo staircase.
The lower floor has a toilet with a very large shower, a space of approximately 20m2 divided into four rooms with use of storage and a mezzanine of about 50m2 has been created that also serves as a warehouse, with access via an independent staircase (supports weight since it was dedicated to store liquid deposits). On the upper floor of the same surface as the lower one there is a space dedicated to offices of approximately 80m2, consisting of four offices with lots of natural light, and also bathrooms with showers.
Between the two floors, a warehouse space of the same dimensions as the one on the ground floor (above) has been used. It has a gate for any truck, installation of three-phase current. As an extra very important the ship enjoys a closed beach and private use (with fence) of approximately 300m2 very comfortable to park several vehicles without problem.
