We rent our charming apartment in St. Nikolaus, downtown location opposite the historic old town on the other side of the Inn. The apartment is south facing with view to Waltherpark and Patscherkofel, it consists of 2 bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen, bathroom with shower and tub, separate toilet, storage room, small balcony to the inner courtyard with outdoor storage (for skis...). Bicycle storage in the courtyard. Distances are as follows: Distance to Goldenes Dachl 6 min walk; Clinic 6 min bike; SOWI 5 min bike; University of Innsbruck and Clinic Innsbruck: 8 min bike; Hofgarten/Final station Nordkettenbahn 3 min bike. Very good connection to bus (bus stop about 100 m further), grocery market directly on the other side of the street. Old town approx. 5 min by foot.
