Just 132 metres from the Mediterranean Sea, between the two small harbours of Villaricos, this plot is located right in the heart of the village. It is a place where life still moves at the gentle pace of a traditional fishing community, where boats return to the harbour each day and the sea is always just a short stroll away. Here, daily life is easily enjoyed on foot. In the morning you can wander down to the harbour for coffee on a sunny terrace, take a refreshing swim in the sea, spend some quiet time reading on the beach and then pick up a few essentials from the village’s small local shops. On Sundays, the lively Villaricos market takes place only 100 metres away, when the streets fill with colour, the aroma of freshly made churros and stalls offering fruit, vegetables and other local produce from the region. The plot is gently sloping. While this may make construction slightly more complex, it also creates interesting possibilities. From the first floor there are already open Mediterranean sea views and excellent natural light.
