We are in the neighbourhood of Castello, a couple of minutes from San Marco and from San Zaccaria vaporetto stop. The apartment disposes of an independent entrance, once inside, we find a storage room and a small courtyard on the ground floor. Straight on past the doors, a gracious flight of wooden stairs leads us to the first floor and the entrance to the apartment. Upon first entry, a feeling of lightness and airiness surrounds us. Nearing the four large windows, we glance down onto the calle while two others look into the campo, filling the room with light and air. One could imagine gatherings with family and friends, during the warm summer evenings or cozy winter days. As we go back the way we came and through the first entry hall, we enter the kitchen, with the same view on the street below.
