Bellenário is a green parish with a splendid view of the sea and a strong agricultural tradition.
In this agricultural parish, Calhau da Lapa offers the visitor a bathing area known for crystal clear water and tranquility. Although the access is very steep, the place is highly sought after in summer, at which point some local visitors take the opportunity to stay overnight in the 'caves' (small partitions encrusted in the rocks) there. Alternatively, you can choose the boat to access this beach.
