My apartment on the upper floor with approx. 70 m² is particularly suitable for business travellers (secondees, fitters, employees who work on a project for a limited period of time, etc.), separated or other interested parties who are looking for a furnished place to stay on a temporary basis. The accommodation has a modern, fully equipped kitchen with a cosy dining area, a bathroom with shower/bathtub & toilet, a living area, a separate bedroom (pictures to follow), free Wi-Fi and TV, free parking is available. Towels and bed linen are provided. The rent is a warm rent and includes all ancillary costs such as electricity, heating, water, internet connection, insurance, garbage. When moving out, a one-time final cleaning fee of 100 euros is due. Idyllic location / perfect connections Ellerstadt is a pretty wine village and the surrounding cities of Bad Dürkheim, Ludwigshafen, Mannheim, Heidelberg are easy to reach due to the public transport network. The S-Bahn stops are within walking distance in 2 minutes. The place offers an ideal starting point for bike tours, hikes in the area and city trips.
