ISLAND OF KRK - Rustic house in the interior of the island with pool. This beautiful villa is located in a small and quiet place. The building has about 135 m2. The ground floor has a kitchen with dining area, bathroom, storage room, large living room with access to the terrace and a beautifully landscaped environment with pool. Upstairs are two bathrooms, one of which belongs to one bedroom, upstairs are two more bedrooms and two large terraces. The building is fitted with quality materials and has underfloor heating. The planned completion of construction is the middle of 2022. The finished building in the pictures is an adjacent building and pictures have been posted to see what this villa will look like upon completion of construction. Completion is scheduled for summer 2022.

Today, the CITY OF KRK is the administrative, political, economic and religious center of the island of Krk, which enchants with its representative medieval heritage. For example, a trip to the national parks Plitvice Lakes and Northern Velebit. Real researchers will certainly want to get to know Rijeka - the center of the Primorje-Gorski Kotar County, and will connect their stay in Rijeka with an unavoidable visit to Opatija - the tourist "pearl of the Adriatic". It will be very interesting a day trip to Istria, where we recommend staying in its central part rather than on the coast! Finally, the island of Krk is connected by ferry line with three islands: Rab, Cres, Lošinj, which can also become destinations for your day trips. By no means return from the Golden Island before you are convinced of the trump cards that gave it this flattering name from the time of the Roman Empire. Enjoy the sumptuous taste of Kvarner fish and the far-famed Kvarner shrimp. For island lamb we will tell you that it was served at the court of Roman emperors, we believe this is a sufficient recommendation. The sea on the island of Krk is extremely clean! This claim will be best supported by six blue flags that city beaches deserve every year by meeting high sea quality criteria, and then offers: sanitary, catering, sports, recreational, with the obligatory note that the beaches have access to the sea for the disabled. In the town, in the area of Dražica, there is a beach for dogs, a separate area for bathing dogs that cry for refreshment during the summer heat. The cleanliness of the sea on the beaches, among other things, we thank the fact that the beaches are pebble or rocky with landscaped sunbathing areas. If you become eager for exploration and intimacy, and at the same time know how to operate a boat in the city port, look for where rental boats are moored. The coast of the island near the city is a real treasure trove of hidden, intimate pebble coves that can only become your private beach for at least one day.
