Location The villa is located in a quiet residential area of Biarritz, on a hill overlooking the forest and the ocean. It offers an exceptional, unobstructed view of the Atlantic, the Rhune mountain and the Pyrenees chain, as well as pine trees and the famous Château d'Ilbarritz. Ideally situated on the edge of the Lac Mouriscot forest, the location is perfect for walking to the beach or taking the bus to the city center. The house The first floor comprises 5 bedrooms, each with a double bed, a large new fully-equipped kitchen, 3 brand-new shower rooms, a bathroom with bathtub, a laundry room (equipped with new appliances). The second floor features a large living room with TV lounge, a dining room and a fireplace that form the heart of the house. The large bay windows of this pleasant common room open onto a terrace offering a breathtaking view of the beautiful Basque country. On this floor you'll find a new, fully-equipped kitchen, a laundry room and two bedrooms, each with a double bed. At the rear of the house, you can enjoy meals and relax on the spacious, shaded wooden terrace. Please note: be careful with small children, as there are stairs, a wolf jump and an English courtyard in the garden.
