The land is located in Selões, in the village of Bensafrim. With an area of approximately 1 hectare, you will have space to shape your project with the greatest tranquility that the peaceful village has to offer. It is a village that breathes authenticity and charisma. On the land you will find a warehouse with a total area of 110 m2, 3 rooms, having recently been renovated on the outside with new roofs. It has 1 well with water and some fruit trees.
It is very well located, close to the most varied services. You will have a health center, pharmacy, market, supermarket, nursery, primary school, among others, close by. You can enjoy incredible walks in nature, along the various paths that lie close to the land. It is less than 5 minutes from the A22 and 6.5 km from Lagos, where you will find everything you could need.
Bensafrim is the largest parish in the municipality of Lagos, located in the magnificent western Algarve. It is known for the beautiful houses with colorful bars around their windows and doors, as well as the typical Algarve lace chimneys, a legacy of Muslim roots. It is known for being the home of the Menhir of the Head of the Rock, from prehistoric Neolithic times and an Iron Age necropolis. Bensafrim praises its Mother Church and the various heritage sites that testify to its history, such as daughter-in-laws, wells and agricultural instruments, among others. The parish has preserved its rural authenticity, cultivating traditional Algarve products, such as honey, figs, almonds, cattle, charcoal and its derivatives, thus combating all urban and tourist development in the Algarve region in recent decades.
