We built the semi-detached house the way we as a young family would like it ourselves and showed attention to detail in the furnishings. There is an open hatch between the kitchen and the dining room, and in the winter garden right next door you can snuggle up and relax with a cup of tea and a good book. Ideal for people looking for the unique atmosphere of a newly renovated clay plastered house with exposed wooden beams. With three bedrooms, each with a double bed, the semi-detached house is designed for six people. The bathroom is equipped with natural stone and a rain shower, essentially a small wellness oasis. Thanks to a fiber optic connection, you are well connected despite living in the country. We have paid particular attention to child-friendliness, there are baby gates on the stairs and we are happy to provide a travel cot and high chair upon request. Cars rarely drive here, you can play outside, watch the horses in the neighboring stable and feed the sheep. The newly landscaped garden invites you to spend relaxing evenings around the fire bowl or grill. The garden itself is finished, only the bushes still have to work a little harder to become hedges.
