A large-scale solar park in Bosnia with an impressive capacity of 560 MWp is for sale. The solar park consists of several sub-areas that are located in close proximity to each other:
60 MWp (Ready-to-Build - RTB)
200 MWp (shortly before RTB)
6 x 50 MWp (shortly before RTB)
The 60 MWp area is already RTB (Ready-to-Build), while the other areas will reach this status shortly. This project offers investors an excellent opportunity to buy into a strategically planned solar park with high yield potential.
Technical highlights
Capacity: 560 MWp divided into several sub-areas
Electricity yield: approx. 1,480 MWh/MWp, which represents an above-average yield for the location
Grid connection: The solar park has excellent grid connections with a 110 kV and a 400 kV line, which are located next to or partly on the plots

Ready-to-Build (RTB) price: €160,000 / MWp, including 50-year lease of the land
COD (Commercial Operation Date) price: €800,000 / MWp for the commissioning and ready-to-build areas
