We are renting out our well-kept, bright, well equipped and friendly 2-room apartment due to a longer trip abroad. The living space is 68m2. The apartment will be available from September 2024, the rental period ends by arrangement. Please note: This is a short-term rental of a few months only. We will be happy to provide further information if you are seriously interested in the apartment. The apartment is located in a well-kept 6-family house with a nice neighborhood in Flörsheim-Wicker. We want tenants who treat the apartment, furnishings and household items with care. We only rent to non-smokers without pets. Besides the living room and the bedroom with a double bed (and possibly another bedroom) the apartment has a modern fitted kitchen with a dishwasher, oven, ceramic hob, fridge and freezer, as well as complete kitchen equipment. Additionally the apartment has a very bright, contemporary bathroom with shower and bathtub. There is also a sufficiently large balcony for relaxing. The rooms are fitted with real wood parquet. The flat screen TV in the living room, the fiber optic connection and the washing machine in the laundry (basement) can be used.
