I rent my fully equipped 80m2 3 room apartment with balcony in Cologne Südstadt. The apartment has a large living / dining room, a bathroom with bath and shower, a bedroom and guest room. The balcony is large and is spoiled by the sun from about 11 o'clock. If the sun is too strong, there is a sun cover as well. The gas grill on the balcony can of course also be used. The kitchen is also fully equipped, so you do not need to bring anything. The apartment is located about 100 meters away from the Volksgarten. Cafes and restaurants are within walking distance. Next door is directly a supermarket.
