And then Maria, you know: Via Boccaccio is a beautiful, served area, five minutes from the Palazzo dei Diamanti. You have schools, universities, supermarkets, buses, everything at your fingertips. And it's a quiet neighborhood, where you live well.
For a young couple, or even for you if you are looking for a comfortable and ready place, it is perfect. Look, if you don't take it, it'll be gone in a week. I told you!
