- Pets may be allowed with prior authorization and the security deposit will be doubled due to the risk of damage.
- Check-in has a defined time and if it is necessary to do it after the defined time, there will be an additional cost of late check-in of 60.
- Baby bed or high chair can be provided upon request and availability. It will have an additional cost of 30+vat and 20+vat respectively per stay.
- The main guest must be at least 25 years of age.
- Properties with a garden and or swimming pool will be visited by maintenance technicians during their stays.
