With the airport on 25km distance and only 1km from the sea, it makes for an ideal location if you want a calm home base with plenty of entertainment nearby. Or if you want to explore the island – the central location makes for a perfect starting point.

The building

The very first stone was set in 1980, though the villa was built in different phases and continually renovated even recently in 2023. Everything has been done with love, care and craftsmanship using high quality materials. This reflects on the well-kept condition of the building and makes it move-in ready.

The apartments

The two-story whitewashed Cycladic style building boasts 13 spacious apartments, including 2 superb Penthouse suites,  with a stunning view of the sea, the bay and the mountains.
All apartments are stylishly designed and have comfortable built-in beds, a spacious living room with a handy kitchenette. A freshly renovated bathroom with a large walk-in shower and either a balcony or terrace with views over the sea, the bay, the luscious garden or the mountains.
Think of original terracotta and deco cire floors, fresh white washed walls, island style wooden furniture, handcrafted lace curtains and many more details that add to the character of the villa.

Café, Pool, Garden & more

The heart of the villa is the sparkling tiled pool (5x10m) that works on an eco-saltwater system. The pool is surrounded by big wooden pergolas that offer the right amount of shade for the deckchair area.

The stylish café in ‘kafenion’ style offers a relaxed and comfortable sitting area. The bright and airy space, shared with a handy reception, features high wooden ceilings, original terracotta floors and traditional wooden doors and windows. These doors open out to a delightful terrace overlooking the pool and where you can enjoy the spectacular view of the coast.

The villa is set in a walled serene mature garden planted with precious, big palm trees, lemon and orange trees, lavender, bougainvillea, jasmine, cacti, herbs and much more. In addition, the rustic olive grove in the back of the villa, provides yearly about 100 litres of organic extra virgin olive oil for you or your guests!

All apartments are equipped with A/C and solar energy is used to heat up the water. There is a useful laundry room for housekeeping and a white wooden garden shed for tools and storage.
