Kirchdorf wind farm – 4× Vestas V39, 2 MW, favorable lease terms

The Kirchdorf wind farm comprises four Vestas V39 wind turbines with a rated output of 500 kW each, totaling 2 MW. It was commissioned in 1993. The average annual yield over the last five years is 2,540,000 kWh.
The annual lease for all sites is only €600, which significantly increases the project's profitability. Marketing is currently carried out via the spot market. A continued operation report has been commissioned to secure the operating period beyond the original end of the permit.
