Number of family members: 3 (Father, Mother and 7 year old son).
Renting period: At least one year (then they will renew the contract for next year if they like the premises)
Budget: Up to €1,500/month
Special request: Within 15 mins by car from the International School of Paphos. If within 20 mins drive, it is also acceptable. It must have balcony and be Pet friendly. They are prepared to pay for additional damage deposit upon contract for their dog.
