Old country house with vast plot of land situated near small forest

and lake in the outskirts of a quiet village 45 km away from Vratsa,

Bulgaria. The property has two floors connected via short external

Poland, Belgium and the Netherlands also own holiday homes here. There

is a big and well developed village with dentist, church, shops and

bars about 5 km away from the house and within 10-15 minutes of

driving one can get to the seat of the local council where you can

find doctor, gas station, car service station, police station, bank,

ATMs, administrative services, pharmacy, bus lines to Sofia,

construction material shop, etc. Cheap, old, rural property with quiet

location, lots of land and potential situated just little over two

hours away from Sofia and Sofia International Airport.
