Of the old house remains just some of the exterior walls in stone and some interior finishes inserted at art. The restoration of the house and the Construction of the great garden was made in full accordance with the landscape and the history of the house.
The house is situated on the top of a hill full of secular trees and 400 olive trees, the property has 15,000 m2 of land. The view is on the village of Sangemini and all the valleys and surrounding hills, because the house is situated at 450 meters above sea level.
