We are renting out an office space with an area of 32m2, located in Split, in the neighbourhood Trstenik, on the first floor of a commercial building.

In the case of renting them together, i.e., renting the entire 58m2 office space, the monthly rent is €1,900 + VAT.
The tenant has the option to rent parking spaces, at a monthly rental price of €140 + VAT per parking space.
The rental price for the office space does not include VAT.
