Given its strategic position, the small village of Flavon, located in the heart of the lower Val di Non, is ideal for those who love nature and tranquillity. Immersed in the famous apple orchards and in nature bursting with colors and shapes, it is the ideal starting point for discovering the wonders of the valley, both scenic and historical-artistic, such as the Sanctuary of San Romedio, the numerous castles, waterfalls or the Emerald Lake Canyon. It would certainly be a substantial investment but equally certainly very profitable which would make it possible to amortize its cost in a few years, perhaps with the help of possible provincial contributions.
