Very cozy and familiar holiday villa, in a quiet location and with private pool.
This villa is in a fabulous patio with a spectacular swimming pool with child protection, with key, outdoor shower, a barbecue and several stay areas with sun exposure or covered by trees and porches, and also a private parking lot with easy parking outside.
This villa is located in the heart of Galé close to bars, restaurants, the Apolónia Supermarket and other services, and just a few minutes away from the beach.
This ground floor villa includes hall, kitchen, living room with fireplace and dining room and a bathroom for common use and on the upper floor includes a hall, four bedrooms with sea view and a bathroom.

Equipment
The kitchen is equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, hand blender, mixer and all the necessary equipment for making meals.
This accommodation is fully equipped with everything you need for your holiday.

Monthly fee: 1900 + expenses (water, electricity, gas and internet)
Cleaning fee (mandatory) - 220 per stay

Security deposit
We request the payment of 800 security deposit, this amount must be paid by bank transfer up to the 7th day before Check-In and will be returned by the 7th day after Check-Out if the property and equipment are as they were delivered to guests. At Check-In you will be asked and it will be essential to deliver proof of transfer of the security deposit. Please note that these conditions do not include the possibility of bringing pets without prior authorization, in which the absence of this may imply the cancellation of the reservation.
A Municipal Tourist Tax may be charged, if it is in force.
