The location is very good and quiet: 3 minutes to the tram stop and 15 minutes by train to the center and the old town. In only 4 km to the fair or university. You can start your day with a NESPRESSO coffee or a Pukka tea and enjoy all the nice amenities and the beautiful river view. The apartment has a comfortable double bed, a large smart TV with Netflix and a fully equipped kitchen with a stove, fridge, freezer, microwave and everything you need.
